3 books about the Lake District and 1 Lake District map

This set includes The Lake District (Illustrated Guide Books), Walks From Ratty, A Pictorial Guide To The Lakeland Fells and a map of the North West Lakes (Keswick, Cockermouth and Wigton).

The Lake District (Illustrated Guide Books) was written in 1925 however it is unknown when this edition is from. This book has a lot of deterioration possibly due to time and use. This deterioration is the fact that there is a lot of colour deterioration and the binding is coming away from the pages. This includes the spine being detached from the bottom of the book to a quarter of the way up the book. The pages are also darkened in colour due to time. On the first page of the book there is some of the older prices of the book that have been written in pencil.

Walks From Ratty has some water damage to it which seems to have caused the the staples to rust and seep onto the pages.

A Pictorial Guide To The Lakeland Fells is specific to the eastern fells. Therefore the book does not discuss Scafell but it does discuss Helvellyn. The pages are in good condition however, the dust jacket has some discolouration to it.

The map of the Lake District features the North West area of the Lake District and the Southern Solway Coast. The map has multiple fold lines. While this is normal for a paper map there is a bump when the map is folded. Also the map does not fold perfectly inline line with how it used to.
