BuyCharity.com is used by accredited Charities and Community Interest Companies (hereinafter referred to as Registered Organisations) to offer new and donated goods for sale to the general public. All organisations using the BuyCharity.com website are signatories to the BuyCharity User Agreement for Registered Organisations

By signing the BuyCharity User Agreement Registered Organisations are bound by the BuyCharity Privacy Policy and the BuyCharity Terms and Conditions whilst engaged in the process of selling goods and collecting personal data via the BuyCharity website and any services provided as a result of the BuyCharity interaction.

Our Website and Services may contain links to third party websites that are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We therefore ask you to review the privacy statements of other websites and applications to understand their information practices.

 2.2    We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal information about OR provided by you in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation. After the 31st of December 2020 the EU GDPR no longer directly applies to the UK. The DPA 2018 enacts the EU GDPR requirements in UK law, therefore this Privacy Policy is applied in accordance with the UK GDPR after the 31st of December 2020.

 3.    What we may collect

3.1    Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

11.    Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
