Vintage Staffordshire? Porcelain Cat Figurine 1970s?

Vintage porcelain Cat figurine/ornament.

Possibly Staffordshire, although there doesn't seem to be any makers marks on the figurine.

The cat is in they laying position on a blue base.

Possibly dated 1970s?

Measurements;

Height: Approx. 5"

Base: Approx. 5" x 3"

The figurine looks to be hand painted.

Please note that this item was donated used so it may show some signs of age and use, there is some slight aging such as crazing under the glaze but overall it does seem to still be in generally good condition.
