There doesn't seem to be any maker names or marks on the vase.

Diameter of Rim: Approx. 3"

Diameter of Base: Approx. 2"

Please note that this item was donated used so it may show some signs of age and use, there is some light wear but overall it does seem to still be in generally good condition.
