There doesn't appear to be any makers marks or names on the bell, or dates

Made in England

Measurements:

Height: Approx. 3"

Length: Approx. 2.5"

Width: Approx. 2"

Please note that this item was donated used so it may show some signs of age and wear, there is some wear/aging across the bell, the more detailed features have faded in areas but overall it does seem to still be in generally good condition.
