Item is in good condition with some usage wear in places. The wood does have some surface scratches and marks.

It folds and unfolds without issues and the stand snaps firmly into place.

The stand can be set into 3 different positions.

It is approx 88cm long and 19cm wide when folded out

Folded up it is approx 30m x 21cm
