Vintage Grivel Crampons Mountaineering Footwear Red Straps

A pair of vintage crampons.

Though hard to make out, 'Grivel' can be faintly seen branded on the items.

Each crampon has multiple holes where the screws can be inserted, presumably for adjusting length. However due to age the screws are tightened so much that they are hard to remove, and potentially not possible at all without damaging the crampons.

As they are now the crampons are 11" long (not counting the front spikes which add 2"). Just over 1" in width.

Comes in a Rock + Run storage bag.
