The makers mark is on the base of the dish.

Made in England.

Height: (With Lid) Approx. 7.5"

Height: (Without Lid) Approx. 2.5"

Length: Approx. 11.5"

Width: Approx. 9.5"

Please note that this item was donated used so it may show some signs of age and use, there is some wear inside the dish, along the edges and the base. The is also some wear/discolouration on the handle of the lid, but overall it does seem to still be in generally good condition.
