Vintage (Antique?) EPBM Silver Plated Embossed Tea Pot

The teapot is marked "EPBM" on the base, along with the number '11728'

We are unsure of the age and origin of the item.

Dimensions are approx. 16cm H x 26.5cm L x 12cm W

Donated used, showing considerable darkening to the silver plating from age. Doesn't seem to be physically damage, except for a very small hole near the bottom of the handle.
