Published by G. P. Putnam's Sons in 1988. This is a first edition and from our understanding, the first printing.

This item was donated used and thus will show some wear from age and prior use. The dust jacket shows the majority of the wear and has some small tears, and general fraying to the edges. The pages are all in relatively very good condition with just some slight yellowing to age. There is a small bit of damage to the bottom of the back cover however, which is usually hidden by the dust jacket. It can be seen in the last image.
