Luckily there was enough information available to identify the model the items were for. The cleaner filters came in a pack that explicitly mentions they are DC01 filters (the pack itself originally held 6, so it is half empty with 3 unused filters).
The fitting instructions for the belts have instructions for DC01 and DC04, DC07 & DC14, however the latter 3 are on a different side. Due to the fact the filters mention DC01 only, and the DC01 fitting instructions for the belts are different, we do not know if the attachments, other than the belts, will fit any other models. If you are not purchasing for a DC01 model, please look into compatible parts for your device before purchase.
