There doesn't seem to be any makers names or marks on the vases.

Possibly Stuart Crystal.

Measurements:

Height: Approx. 5"

Diameter of Rim: Approx. 3"

Diameter of Base: Approx. 2.5"

Please note that these items were donated used so it may show some signs of age and use, but overall it does they do seem to still be in generally good condition.
