We were unable to find the name of this item (if it has one), but the bottom part looks like a wave in the ocean, while the center bubble is surrounding by multi-coloured swirls and other, smaller bubbles.

As stated in the title, the paperweight weighs 850g.

It is approx. 8cm tall and 28cm in circumference.

Dated 1999.
