This item was donated used, so it will show some signs of wear from age/use, but is overall in good condition. The glue holding the binding to the covers is starting to come loose on the top half (can be seen in the last picture). Still held together perfectly well, but could be re-glued at that spot to prevent future issues.

According to the copyright page, there were only 1000 hardbound and 4000 softbound copies of this book published. This is one of the 4000 softbound copies.
