There doesn't seem to be any makers name or brands on the dome or the plate.

It seems to be a Inn/Pub or possibly on a London Street.

Height: Approx. 8.5"

Diameter: Approx. 8"

Plate:

Height: Approx. 2"

Diameter: Approx. 12"

Please note that this item was donated used so it may show some signs of age and use, there are some signs of wear and use, there seems to be a scratch on the bottom of the plate but this could have happened at production, overall it does seem to still be in generally good condition.
