The makers mark is on the base of the figurine.

Measurements:

Height: Approx. 15"

Base: Approx. 3.5" x 3.5"

Please note that this item was donated used so may show slight signs of age and use, but the figure is in good condition.

There is some visible glue around the pipe (where it meets his mouth) and the end of the pipe has a very small gap so we are unsure if this was part of the handcrafting, or if it may have been a slight repair. Please see last few photos for best idea of detailing/condition.
