There doesn't seem to be any makers names or marks on the ornament.

Possibly hand carved?

The base doesn't seem to sit flat.

Measurements:

Height: Approx. 15"

Base: Approx. 4" x 2"

Please note that this item was donated used so it will show some signs of age and use, there is some wear across the ornament such as some scuff marks and discolouration in areas but overall it does seem to still be in generally good condition.
