Please note this book was donated used so will show signs of age and use. The cover is coming away from the spine with some tanning to the pages. Overall it is in good vintage condition with the pages being clear.

This first edition was edited and published in 1947 by Peter MacKenzie & Co, London.

The book depicts lectures given at the Smithfield College of Food Technology of the London City Council in conjunction with the London and Home Counties division of the Ice Cream Alliance Ltd.
