The art lacks any title or artist signature, and the back of the frame does not have any information either.

Underneath the back part of the frame is a piece of card which has 'Made in the Kingdom of Siam' on it.

The frame is approx. 19.5" x 15.5".
The visible art piece is approx. 12" x 9"

Donated used, showing only minor wear and in generally good condition.
