Framed Pen and Ink Art Piece 'Lijiang' Scenery with Artists Signature

A framed art piece which was drawn in pen and ink.

The title of the piece is 'Lijiang'. The artists name also appears on the piece, appearing to be 'Nera'(?).

The frame is approx. 17.75" x 18.5".
The visible art piece is approx. 9.5" x 10.75"

The back of the frame is taped up. We have not removed the tape to avoid damaging anything.

Donated used. The paper the art was drawn on shows some wear with dark spots. One part of the art, a boys face towards the bottom, has some damage. Seen close up in pictures.
