Dortmunder Union German Beer Stein Mug 1 Litre Capacity

A German Dortmunder Union beer stein.

The stein has the following text written on it:

"Sergeants - Mess R.A.F. Wildenrath"

This could suggest the stein was originally custom made to be used at the R.A.F base in Wildenrath, Germany.

Measures approx. 19cm tall, 18cm long (handle to rim) and a 9cm rim diameter.

Donated used. Shows some wear from age and prior use. Notably there is a crack at the bottom of the handle, though this doesn't seem to affect the structure of the handle at all
