There doesn't seem to be any makers marks or brand names on the plate although there is the Rd No. 65169 on the back.

The plate has an image of Queen Victoria at the top.

Diameter: Approx. 5.5"

Please note that this item was donated used and that due to its age it may show some signs of age and use, the gold edging has faded in places as has the images on the plate.
