There are no makers marks on either figure, so we cannot confirm if they are Lomonosov.

Measurements:

Height: Approx. 6"

Diameter of Base: Approx. 2"

Please note that these items were donated used so they may show some signs of age and use, the bases do have some wear but overall they do seem to still be in generally good condition.
