Vintage Frosted Glass Greek Mythology? Footed Fruit Bowl

Frosted glass fruit bowl in good condition with signs of age/use related wear. No chips or cracks to the glass, surfaces scratches are present. A heavy, solid fruit bowl with what appears to be a Greek god riding horses over water? or clouds? surrounded by vines and fruit. The fruit bowl measures in height approx. 17cm, diameter 20cm, inside depth 11cm, base 13cm. No makers mark is present, brand unknown. Please see images for details.
