As there is no device like that included this item is only being sold as a replacement for someone who already has one of the smart hubs to connect to.

According to the official source the list of compatible hubs are:

Vibby is compatible with Tunstall Lifeline Digital, Smart Hub, Vi, Vi, Connect, Connect+, 4000, 4000+, Communicall Vi and ViIP

With the little testing we could do it seems the item is working, as it vibrates and a red light comes up for a bit when the face is pressed.

Requires 1x CR2477 battery (not included).

It's also worth noting that the battery cover can be quite tough to remove and requires something thin to get into the gaps so the cover can be turned.
