This item was donated used and shows heavy wear from its age. The first pages, and some other random ones, are detached from the book, and many (or all?) other pages are hanging on by literal threads. There is also some water damage to the covers and heavy foxing in some pages, though the illustrated pages appear to be in relatively good condition.
