This item was donated in good, used condition. There are some small chips to the paint, and the bottom has some crazing. Both of these can be seen close up in photos.

The full message on the back reads:

"Imperial Imari

A contemporary interpretation of a 16th century imari porcelain in the imperial collection. This reproduction is by imperial permission in a limited collectors series.

There is also another label to show the item is from Japan.
