Heavy Baby Figurine Ornament Unbranded

Used, good vintage condition. This item was donated to us as used, so will show signs of wear from previous use. We were unable to identify the maker of this item, however there is some writing underneath the base of the figurine which may identify it. - see last photo.

We aren't entirely sure what metal the figurine is made from, though we suspect it is cast iron due its heavy weightiness.
