Full Set of Vintage Dominoes in Wooden Box

This item was donated used and the dominoes show quite heavy wear and have discolouration of varying amounts. The box has some faint writing on the lid, and on the bottom is a much clearer "09.00". Both of these can be seen in the last 2 photos.

Each domino has 2 small dots (different from the usual big ones). Likewise it has similar dots on the back. We're unsure what these mean.
