Chinese Style Paper Hand Fan Blue Birds & White Flowers Art and Orange Tassel

Donated used. One of the stems has split in half about half way up (seen in pictures 3&5). It doesn't seem to affect the use of the fan, but the broken part does stick out at times.

Approx. 20cm tall and 30cm wide when folded out (not including the tassel).

There is no identifying marks anywhere so we are unsure of the origin.
